All of our products are made-to-order custom pieces. Once an order is placed, it enters our production schedule and requires approximately two weeks to complete. Each item is individually crafted with careful attention to detail, and production time may vary slightly depending on design complexity.

Because these items are created exclusively for each client, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded after purchase. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order. Your piece will be shipped immediately upon completion, and tracking information will be provided.
