All of our pieces are handmade in 925 sterling silver. Ring sizes, necklace lengths, and bracelet wrist sizes are listed in the product details on each product page. If you are unsure about your size, feel free to email us at [email protected] — we will be happy to advise you based on your measurements.

Silver Care

Your 925 sterling silver jewelry is best kept dry. Please avoid contact with perfume, sweat, and sea water. Wipe your pieces gently with a soft cloth after wearing and store them in a sealed bag or box. Natural oxidation (tarnishing) is normal for real silver and can be restored with a gentle polish.

Production Time

All of our products are made-to-order. The typical production time is about one month after your order is placed; haute couture and highly detailed pieces may take longer. We will confirm your production schedule by email after you place your order.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards (processed securely through Stripe) as well as PayPal. For haute couture orders over $10,000, flexible payment arrangements can be discussed — please email us at [email protected].

Returns

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unworn and in their original packaging. Custom and haute couture pieces may also be returned within 7 days under our current return policy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom & Bespoke

Yes — we accept custom and bespoke commissions. Please email [email protected] with your idea or inspiration, and our designer will work with you directly from concept to finished piece.
