2. Products and Pricing
SKHIZO offers haute couture 925 sterling silver jewelry, apparel, furniture, and fashion objects. All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any affected orders with a full refund. Slight variations in texture and finish may occur between pieces; this is normal and is not considered a defect.
3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order; it does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use them.
4. Shipping
Every order is packed with care in our Los Angeles, California studio. We offer complimentary shipping ($0.00) on all orders. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Estimated delivery times: US orders 3–7 business days after dispatch; international orders 7–21 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. 5. Returns and Refunds
Unused, unworn items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy and instructions on how to start a return.
